Recruitment Specialist

Dean Started with Regulatory Compliance Associates^® in March 2021 as a CDP employee where he was able to spend time in each department in the company to learn their functions and has settled into a recruiting role as a Recruitment Specialist.

As a Recruitment Specialist, Dean Coston is responsible for recruiting, screening, and onboarding consultants for opportunities. He works with the Business Development Team to find the right consultants for each opportunity and continually works to enrich our growing pool of consultants.

Prior to joining RCA, Dean spent a year at Insideout as a Sales Innovation Representative nurturing accounts, prospecting new clients, and developing scopes of work for new projects.

Dean has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Minor in Marketing from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. He is based out of our Southeastern office in Oldsmar, Florida in the greater Tampa Bay area.
