Balazs Vandor has over 20 years of proven expertise in project management, cGxP, familiarity with all functions of the organization, and the ability to quickly establish positive working relationships at all levels.

As a Director of Operations and Client Experience for Regulatory Compliance Associates® Balazs works to facilitate positive Client experiences and his responsibilities include project scope determination, budgeting, and monitors project execution to ensure client satisfaction and optimum consultant performance.

Balazs is a practical and passionate problem solver with wide-ranging experience in the pharmaceutical industry and professional services. He is a clear and concise communicator with demonstrated analytic, leadership, and organizational skills, a positive attitude, a flexible personality, and natural curiosity. He is service-oriented and performance-driven, leveraging his experiences to asset our network of clients.

Balazs has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering: Production Systems, Human-Machine Systems, Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Minor in Business Management from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN.
